Okay so I was once almost 200 pounds and now im 149. Im 5'6" and my goal is to be 125-130. What had kept me motivated mostly was my progress. I just didnt wanna stop. At the beginning the thing that gave me a push to start this is good thoughts, such as pretending what i looked like when i reach my goal weight. especially when its summer time i dont want to hide under my clothes anymore and be scared to come out i want to feel confident in a bikini and not worry about making sure a towel is wrapped around my body. I always kept that in mind throught this journey. Just stay positive. You are beautiful you are strong its time you show the world. I hope this was helpful god bless.

not feeling it today... suppose to be my day one... but I did have small potion of almonds and cream of wheat which is agood start for me... just push those bad thoughts out... and do this one hour at a time today. so far i have not 'slipped'.. that's all i got right now.
