    After a month, not quite 10, but progress nonetheless!

    SW - 199 lbs
    Week 1 - 197 lbs
    Week 2 - 195 lbs
    Week 3 - 192 lbs

    Total lost - 9 lbs

    Checking in. Weighed myself on Friday. Was away this weekend. Glad I did. Hit the goal although after drinking and eating with boys from college I need a get back on track starting today. Here are my final numbers.

    239.2 (SW)
    238.2 (Week 1)
    236.0 (Week 2)
    232.4 (Week 3)
    228.8 (Week 4)

    TOTAL LOSS 10.4lbs. And yes, every tenth counts.

    Total weight loss = 10.4 lbs

    If you take my weight from 4/1 (390), I lost 14.2 lbs this month! Great job everyone.

    Total lost - 7 pounds

    Didn't make 10 but I am happy with that for now especially with going to a wedding and having Easter in the middle and still losing! I have come a long way. What a fun challenge! Thanks, everyone! What a great job to all of you!

    okay here it is but to say i am happy with this would be wrong. this is not a easy thing to keep track of and to post every week there is about 6 steps to post a chart here . so when there is this many people that do not check in just make it harder and harder for me to do all the work to post this. hopefully the members of the next one will log in more.. i did weight in but forgot to post in in the sheet when i was doing it sorry.

    that said the yellow are people that did not do the last check in and did not count in the men vs women challange.
