I use the strength training in the cardio category and add the actual 25 minutes you're working out. I don't log warm up and cool down but that is personal preference. I love that program, btw.
  • do you use it on xbox one fitness ? whats your gamer tag

I do use Xbox One Fitness. I'm not much of a gamer though LOL I primarily use it for fitness. I did buy one game though but I haven't spent much time on it yet.
My tag is the same one I use here.

I am pretty happy with the free games so far. I'm getting into shape and losing pounds. Now if the inches would come off that would be great!

Shape Up is fun, but not as great as a routine as the XB Fitness or even Ubisoft's 360 title "Your Shape". It is divided up into small bits and exercise games. You will be tired and get a good workout, but it feels more like a game than anything else. Dance Central on exercise mode is more of a straight workout than that and it is only $10.

My daughter (4.5 yrs. old) loves playing it with me, and we have a lot of fun. So I don't regret the purchase. I was just a big fan of Your Shape and was hoping for more of the same at times.
