Just getting started on another weight loss journey. Need to give it away this time so I do not find it again. Co-workers turned me onto this site and seems to be a really good resource. Hope it helps.

Welcome to MFP, I'm sure you'll make your goal. What's great about this, other than the fantastic community of course, is that it changes your eating habits so you're much more likely to keep eating well when you've achieved your goal. That'll help keep the weight off.0

It's a great tool. Use it everyday. Logging in what you eat---before you eat it ---can really keep you on track. I have been doing this for a month now. So far-I have lost 6 pounds!!!! Good Luck.....0
