Eggs are quick and easy plus they are really good source of protein. Tuna sandwiches and chicken are good but can get boring. I make a lot of "stir fry" dishes with different vegetables, pork or chicken and add apples which make them pop. There are a few good spices out there which help, experiment with them particularly mixed ones like the maple bbq. Hope this helps.0

Everything, only in moderation, thus your caloric allowance.0

We're currently living on grilled meats and salad. Different meats, different salad ingredients and dressing = variety, it's super quick and easy to make, you can mix things up by popping it in a wrap, throwing some oven fries with it, making some instant gravy for the meat - whatever.0
