Dizziness Starting Up Again

Its been about 4 or 5 months since I've worked out. When I first started I struggled to remember to eat before working out. But now it seems that even when I eat before I work out, I'm feeling dizzy, light headed, and nauseous. Do you guys have any tips or tricks to help? :s

    Are you drinking enough water every day?
    Eating enough?
    Do you have blood sugar problems?
    Heart problems?
    Have you checked with your doctor?
    Are you jumping into high-intensity exercise, or warming up first?

    (And no, you aren't nauseous. Not by a long shot. You're actually kinda cute.) :smile:
  • @MKEgal‌: Water, yes. As for eating enough, I think so, but I'm probably wrong. No blood sugar issues, but I might have been lacking since the whole not eating enough thing. No heart issues. No history of health issues in the family. As for the workout this caused this dizziness, I did stretches first & did some beginners Pilates which didn't seem high intensity at all. Then I did some butt exercises. Maybe my body is adjusting to working out again...
