    You may not know this, but promoting an unhealthy diet---below 1200 cals a day is not allowed on MFP. Your diet is dangerous and too low. A mod will contact you if you don't stop. :(

    I don't need to lose any weight. However, I would never follow a diet as unhealthy as what you posted here even If I did. I hope you will take some time and look around MFP and get a better idea of safe and healthy ways to lose weight.

    1200 should be the minimum amount of calories that you consume. If you follow what is recommended when you set up your weight loss goals here, I believe this is the amount that MFP would set you up at.

    You most likely need to be consuming more. 1200 is a minimum for some people. Here is a helpful link about eating a calorie goal that takes into account your TDEE/BMR.

    Promoting an unhealthy diet is against MFP rules and regulations. Please get help for disordered eating.
