Anyone have any good suggestions for low calorie snack foods that are actually filling? Veggies just aren't filling me up. I need quick things that I can grab on the run so a "chicken breast" won't help. Any drinks that are filling and tasty too? All suggestions welcome. Thanks!

For snacks, I like the finer one bars.. They are 90 calories and yummy and fill u up! Also chex mix are 120 calories for 1 cup. For drinks, I make 1 smoothie in the morning or between lunch and dinner if I'm feeling hungry. I use the nutri bullet to make my smoothies .. I use only fruits and veggies and a little bit of coconut or almond milk. They are yummy! You just have to see what you would like to snack on and figure out what doesn't have a lot of sugar or carbs and take it from there... Apples are good if u want something sweet.0
