or even better someone to come drag my *kitten* out to exercise make nice clean food that tastes great within my budget ??
no? ok advice support and general motivation needed
im 38 uk dress size 22 sneaking to 24 I REFUSE TO BUY 24 unfortunately that means i have 2 pairs of decent trousers that fit and rest of time im in leggings or jogging trousers which really dont do much for my self esteem
the dreaded number 288 lb over 20 stone in old money
thats literally more than twice the weight i was at 18 for years ive kidded myself i get away with being heavier because i still have an hour glass figure ... its just sneaked into a 2 hour size . but while i have my waist my "post pregnacy pooch" is really a stomach apron i cant see my "bikini line" ( soz for tmi but i need to be blunt and honest with myself here) and the baby is 19
ive developed asthma my legs keep swelling and my hips and knees are starting to ache i have no more excuses andi refuse to be fat at 40
i was happiest at a size 14/16 i had curves and felt good about myself
so thats me
come say hi add me and lets do this ?

You can do it. You will feel so much better. It's great you are starting now. I started this year aged 51 and have gone from obese to normal weight. Commit yourself to it and don't let anything get in your way
I am in Northern England.
