As if Monday I started a low carb eating plan, a mixture of atkins and Dr bernsteins as I'm looking to get my blood glucose levels more stable, take less insulin and hopefully lose weight :) Any fellow diabetics on the forum?

    I'm T2 and know there is a T2 support group. Check out the groups under the Community Tab. I'm sure there is a T1 support group you could join.
