Hey everyone i'm MATT!
Looking for motivational people who'd like to follow me on my 21 day journey of getting back in Combat medic shape! Certified navy COmmand Fitness LEAdEr in San Diego- so I'll be posting tips that I can help you with everyday! Add me:)

    I'd say developing and maintaining good habits is more important than willpower for long term success.

    Matthm2 at the age of 64 I have to agree with Sabine but it sounds like for a crash physical fitness program your journey may be helpful to the healthy. Best of success and welcome to MFP. It does take will power to build good habits for sure or at least in my case. :)

    Well said Gale! I think a lot of people quit when they don't see results fast- but if you stick to it and maintain those habits you'll be healthier!
