In the 21st century we have myraid ways to stay fit; most involve following regime, putting on some equipment, or moving some device that is specifically designed for one goal.
I'm channelling my inner caveman and exploring Fit activities that are minimal equipment. Activities that don't appear in anyone's log or exercise routine.
What fun things do you do that also keep you fit?
I'll start:
Afternoon of Shooting at the archery range.

Yardwork like tearing down the garden, spreading mulch, tearing out bushes, etc. We have a reel mower that I'd like to start using more this next summer. There's a big sense of satisfaction when your muscles are sore at the end of the day and you can look out the window and see that you accomplished something. I guess I know now why President Bush liked clearing brush at his ranch so much.0

Ride quads or dirt bikes on the weekends.
Go dancing every Wednesday Eve.
Gun Range once or twice a month.
