With the help of a friend who asked me to go to the gym with her 1 year ago, and a little 30 Day Shred and P90X, and of course a big help from MFP. I am in the best shape of my life. I have never been the skinny girl but after having my 2 boys I was at my all time high! Now I'm 20lbs lighter then the day I got married and before I had kids. 45lbs lost from all time high after having my 2 boys

I say find a routine and stick with it! It's hard to stay committed when you don't have a certain time set in your day for yourself. The 30 Day shred is an awesome start because it's fast and get's you motivated with the quick results. Also MFP stick within your calories Good luck always ))0 -

I'm curious what your routine looks like. How much circuit (i.e 30 day shred) and how much pure cardio and strength? Do you eat all of your exercise calories? Are you going with the system settings for Fat/Protein/Carb ratios? Thanks so much for sharing this, very inspirational. You look awesome!0

It depends on my work out day most of the time it's around 1400 -1600. Good luck and am not an expert and just go with what works for me but I will be glad to help with any questions I can Keep up with awesome work!0
