A newbie's Hello

Hi everyone.
I'm excited about my commitment to this program. I am a 71 year old male who has finally made the decision to get healthy. I have been on the program for 6 days and really like the software. I am learning everyday that there is so much more to this program than just logging numbers.

    Congrats on your new adventure! I've done all sorts of different things over the years, and I've found that the methods are irrelevant if you don't have accountability. And this program is perfect for that! Feel free to add me as well!

    This can be as easy or as difficult as you want it to be. It was difficult for me because as I started reading BMR, TDEE, Eat more to Lose Weight, BMR Calculators, Calories in Calories Out, Eating Exercise Calories, measuring food, etc....

    I found I was interested in learning all those things listed above so I dove in.. I was supposed to log my calories for 2 weeks in the beginning and 4 months later I am still logging in...

    I was able to find my BMR number and what the definition of deficit meant LOL...
