what percent of carbs is everyone using for weight loss? I can't find any good answers online.

You need a caloric deficit to lose weight. I use MFP's guidelines. You could set it to 80/10/10 and it would neither help nor hurt.0

30% is my goal, I more often hit 35% though.
My carb goal is lower so my protein goal can be higher for satiety reasons.
Calorie deficit for weight loss - 69 lbs down.0 -
50. As you can see it varies greatly. Calorie deficit is the biggest deal along with eating quality food. The percent isn't as important.0
