I'd love to have some Dutch MFP friends, because it would be great to share information about which products we purchase where and just life as a health lover in in this country in general. Anyone? :)

    Hi. I am not Dutch but I live in Holland. I have gained like 10 kg since summer and I want to loose it at a moderate rate of 0.5 to a kilo per month.
    What are you upto?
