25 pounds by May

Hi! My name is Deb and I am running my second marathon on May 24, 2015. I weighed 145 when I did my first in 2012 and after an accident, have gained 20 lbs. I would like to get down to 140 for the race. I am also running another marathon this year in October and hope to do some triathlons! This winter, if it ever snows, I plan to try snow shoe racing and then in the fall I will do trail running with my team. Best to everyone!
