^^^This. My first meal today was a three-egg omlette with cheese and bacon, cooked in butter. Sooo good.

Great minds think alike. I came to say "CHEESE OMELETTE". Mmm, with spinach and mushrooms (ha, I had this for lunch w/ beans). That should keep you full just fine.0

ICE CREAM!!!!
oh wait- you said low carb.
probably eggs.
Otherwise my night time snacks are ice cream- or popcorn.
ultimately- if i"m not really hungry- I'll skip it and save it.0 -
I am not eating enough either... How about some hashbrowns to go with the Omlettes0

Jerky.
No, OP, not you - I'm talking beef jerky or the like.0 -
I make one almost every night. I use one egg, 3-4 liquid egg whites, and 1-2 ounces of sharp cheddar or whatever cheese we have around. Usually 400 kcal or under.
I like it with barbecue sauce or ketchup -- don't judge!0 -
A big ol' scoop of peanut butter.0

I cook batches of chicken breast baked in foil with no oil and then have about 100g with a tablespoon of plain greek yoghurt and a big dollop of spicy tomato salsa0

yep i was going to suggest the same thing, you can make a really nice omellet with cheese turkey and any veges you want for under 400 cal, especially if you use egg beaters or 1 part yolk 2 part egg white. Eggs are the best as far as low cal satification!0

Thanks guys, hey I had a cheese and tomatoe omelette for breakfast0

Some good low carb snacks are plain greek yogurt (if it's too bitter, add a packet of Splenda) or cottage cheese. Make sure to eat enough! Your body will start saving instead of spending if you don't!0
