Hi I'm Candice! My goal is too lose 100lbs in the next two years. I'm 16 and weigh 260. I really need some healthy recipes that I could cook at home.

Hi Candice! I'm quite a few years older than 16 but whose counting? I have 20-30 lbs to lose so I am definitely not an expert but I'm a hard worker. What are some of your favorite foods or recipes?0

I'm not sure ur favorite foods or snacks you like but some tips I have are to drop sugary drinks. This was hard for me so when I went out to eat I drank water with extra lemon and Splenda...tastes like lemonade! Also I take a water bottle and get the propel sticks for flavoring($1.98 for a package of like 10 at Walmart) and I substitute lettuce leaves for bread. Hope all this helps! Oh by the way I'm Michelle I went from 216 to 160 now my goal is to get down to my goal weight of 146. That's 70 lbs! Hoping to get there by May! Good luck!0
