Hello everyone!! I am new to this form and seem to be having trouble dropping some pounds. I work out daily and run long distances. So I am not understanding what the problem is. Can someone please help?? Thanks!

    Log everything you eat even if it is bad and stay within your calories.

    When you are close to your goal weight your logging has to be more precise. You don't have a lot of wiggle room for careless logging errors :)

    Thanks! I know some times I wont log in the bad things ot bad days so hopefully that is it. And I notice I have left over calories ... Is that a good thing?

    if you're not logging literally everything you eat each day that might be the problem. You would be surprised how quickly a little thing here or a little thing there adds up.
