Thursday Mini Challenge

Thursday = Calf Day!

If this is your first week the challenge is 150. Week 2 Fitpeeps the challenge is 175!

You can do them free standing on the floor (level 1) heels hanging off a step of any kind (level 2) or either of those with weights in your hands (level 3). Some people might get fancy and do one leg at a time.

Sets of 10 or 20 work well.

VERY IMPORTANT to stretch out both before and after, You will be so sorry if you don't = cramps/stiffness.

You should be able to fit these in anywhere/anytime! Just have them done by midnight!

If the amount is too much/little, just do as many as you can and report back what you did.

    I'm in. I'm glad found these Mini Challenges. Can't do them most of htese at work cause Im Holding Knives and stuff.
    But I can do Calf raises as Im cooking on the Line and even when I'm chopping. So I think I'll Kick Butt with this one.
    It may be midnight right now But I've got some Chicken quesadilla to Cook Up so my man can take them for Lunch Tomorrow, And the sad part. I can Finally eat supper. :|

    In as usual! I love these mini challenges. :) I'm starting to combine them to challenge myself even more so yesterday I did the crunches (150 - oww!!) and also walked up 300 stairs and did 50 squats to add in smaller amounts of Monday and Tuesday challenges :)

    We're all doing so well guys :)

    ok, After monday, I have been super sore. BUT... I am in for these! I can do these while I am scrubbed in at work. I am finally not so sore. I really didn't think crunches would make me hurt so bad!
