Help me !! I've been eating clean for two weeks and I've gained 4 lbs !!!!

Are you tracking calories? No matter how healthy the foods are that you eat, if you eat too many calories worth of them you will gain weight.0

Don't give up. Water weight fluctuates so much so don't get discouraged. You will see results!0

Are you weighing and measuring food?
Is it around that time of the month?
Have you been working out? That also retains water
Keep on track and make sure to log everything, a food scale really will help. Be patient, it will come off! Best wishes!0 -
