I will be 60 in April. I'm planning to try to lose pounds in 52 weeks and then keep it off. I'm 5'7" and weigh 196.3. Up until 2000 I weighed 130 pounds. I work full time as a social worker with mentally ill adults in a residential setting. My days are sometimes stressful and always rewarding. I have a loving and supportive husband. I want to lose weight so that my arthritis in my knees is relieved.0
