    Ok everyone here's my plan for the next 3 days

    1) Log 100% food intake for the next 3 days, TODAY, (Friday), Saturday, Sunday

    My personal goal...exercise for at least 30 minutes today, tomorrow and Sunday.

    Tell us if you're doing the logging goal and your personal goal.

    1. log 100% of food intake n cal burned
    2. No junkfood etc
    3. Drink at least 2 ltr of water

    My Indonesian Friday is safe here :#
    Logged, stayed clear and drank my water!

    - maintain my minimum 20mins a day exercise routine ,

    3) drink at least 2.5 liters of water a day

    I'm in, apart from the scales, I'm in the process of moving so need to wait till they are back out on Monday :smile:

    Hey guys , it's 12th , Monday , wa able to achieve the group goal , personal goal wasn't kept a hundred percent but I tried my best! I enjoyed it a lot though and hope to keep more of these in future , helps me stay on track , it's short enough to be achievable and long enough to make a difference that satisfies ! Hope everyone did well

    @juhivaya...on the forum page, under the heading of Getting Started, I began a 3 for 3 Day Challenge that starts tomorrow (for those of us in the US). Take a look at it and see if maybe joining that one would be a good fit for you.

    You achieved a goal and THAT is important! Celebrate the win for that one, and for the personal goal, give it another try until you win with that one too. :smiley:
