Ok everyone here's my plan for the next 3 days
1) Log 100% food intake for the next 3 days, TODAY, (Friday), Saturday, Sunday
My personal goal...exercise for at least 30 minutes today, tomorrow and Sunday.
Tell us if you're doing the logging goal and your personal goal.

2. No junkfood etc
3. Drink at least 2 ltr of water
My Indonesian Friday is safe here
Logged, stayed clear and drank my water!

2) stay off the scale except for tomorrow morning's weigh in
3) drink at least 2.5 liters of water a day0 -
I'm in, apart from the scales, I'm in the process of moving so need to wait till they are back out on Monday0

Hey guys , it's 12th , Monday , wa able to achieve the group goal , personal goal wasn't kept a hundred percent but I tried my best! I enjoyed it a lot though and hope to keep more of these in future , helps me stay on track , it's short enough to be achievable and long enough to make a difference that satisfies ! Hope everyone did well0

@juhivaya...on the forum page, under the heading of Getting Started, I began a 3 for 3 Day Challenge that starts tomorrow (for those of us in the US). Take a look at it and see if maybe joining that one would be a good fit for you.
You achieved a goal and THAT is important! Celebrate the win for that one, and for the personal goal, give it another try until you win with that one too.0
