    Hi this app works really well. Keeping low carbs 50 per day. It is not easy but doable. I plan and enter my days meals in the morning. If it is planned ahead it is easier. I use Aria protein shake (for women) add 1 serving peanut butter and vanilla almond milk for breakfast and lunch tonight I will have briccoli quiche for dinner. Still have a few calories for a snack. Not easy but it is a start.

    I really like idea of protein shake in morning for easiness and I planning on keeping my carbs low too....I'm having soup and salad tonight again not very exciting but a start.stupid question but how do I add friends.
