Hi all,
I've used MFP previously for logging food but not consistently. I've had a hip replacement 2 months ago and have gained weight and lost mobility so I'm back to tracking food, exercise and water. Glad to be back.

    hey, i'm back as well. lots of reasons. I think that this is the best program out there. it worked before, and it will work again for me. luckily I don't have as much to lose this time. :)
