Any Ideas On What To Eat What Diets?

I would say to do what is going to work best for you. That's what will be easiest for you maintain that diet. I know a lot of people who love carbs and are always trying the Adkins diet and failing because the diet just is too hard for them. I personally just try to focus more on eating healthy then any diet. I do try to control my calories as well. Good luck!0

I'd recommend a full body progressive loading strength training program. If you don't want to lose any weight just eat at maintenance and make sure you're getting enough protein-- follow that link about for instructions on setting your macros.0
