c25-5k running programme

Hello,
I've just signed up for a 5k run and have downloaded this app. I just wondered what other people did during the warm up and cool down sections? Do I just walk???

    Yes. I just walk.

    Yup, walk for 5 min to warm up and 5 to cool down. I loved C25K and my DH and kids will be starting it this spring!

    Follow the instructions in the plan. Brisk walk warm up, comfortable paced running in the run sections and a brisk walk in the walk sections.

    Stretch after cool down, not before.
