    I need to lose about the same amount of weight. Its been hard, but im finally on the right track. I understand your pain and difficulties!

    You can do this without surgery! It will be difficult. It will be slow. It will be worth it! I came here when at 21 I had to deny an anniversary trip with my husband to an amusement park because I was correctly concerned with my ability to fit in the rides. I considered investigating a surgery because I felt I didn't have the strength to do it. That was my turning point. I came here and have been doing well. I feel in control most days and it is so empowering.

    I wish you strength and preserverence and love. I am just beginning my weight loss journey and have only lost about 5 pounds, but I feel liberated and in control already. The others are right; it is possible!!
