Start slow - about 50 or 60% of your max heart rate. Get a doctor's ok before starting.0

Thank you, I've already got the ok from the doctor's I was just thinking of the best foods to eat on a daily basis and the best exercises for loosing weight around my stomach, arms and legs.0
