Why don't you burn calories when lifting weights very strange as lifting weights uses as much ir even more energy.

    It's not as much as cardio, but you burn calories... you can burn more by keeping your rest periods between sets shorter... and keeping your heart above 90 bpm.

    Building muscle will help you burn calories faster than cardio, the main thing is to diet, changing what you eat, and portion control
