    I'm in, and I'm also doing more crunches-must not of done them right- after 175 I feel NOTHING?!?!

    ouchie, I have managed 3 sets of 20 so far, I have had to stretch before and efter each set as calves become very tight and uncomfortable - am I doing these right?

    PS: I highly recommend spreading these out throughout the day-well spaced. Sure, it's possible to knock out a lot at once HOWEVER, most will regret that move the next day(s)! Yes, please stretch before AND after each set as well :)

    90 done so far (3 sets of 30)... definitely have to spread them out through the day. And I love the clicking noise my ankle makes when I do them...

    Just did 180... I did 20 on each stair going up to stairs so I could see my progress. When I came back down the stairs, legs felt like jelly. hahaha

    Done with 150 and starting to work on the challenge from yesterday that I didn't do. SO far 60 done towards that.
