ouchie, I have managed 3 sets of 20 so far, I have had to stretch before and efter each set as calves become very tight and uncomfortable - am I doing these right?0

PS: I highly recommend spreading these out throughout the day-well spaced. Sure, it's possible to knock out a lot at once HOWEVER, most will regret that move the next day(s)! Yes, please stretch before AND after each set as well0

Just did 180... I did 20 on each stair going up to stairs so I could see my progress. When I came back down the stairs, legs felt like jelly. hahaha0
