For me, it is going to be listening to my own body's signals of hunger and thirst and ignoring boredom and emotional signals. Fitness goal would be 5 days every week.

Should also remember to try liquid before solid.
If you feel hungry, you may be thirsty, and not know it.

Keep trying, even when I feel like I am failing. Keep setting small goals and meeting them.

Make better choices throughout the ENTIRE day. I have this obnoxious tendency to eat a really "good" breakfast/lunch and totally chuck it out the window and eat cr@p for dinner/late night snack.

    Also, drink much...much more water.

Good to see I'm not the only one who struggles in the evening! I feel like some super healthy guru during the day then I just want to devour a few pizzas at night

Stop being so hard on myself, and also try my best to listen to my body's hunger cues.

Evening's are hardest for me, too. Evenings are usually the point where I either don't feel like eating, or want to eat all the foods.

Stay focused. Just stay focused and not give up. So long as I can stay motivated it's all good.
