Hi everyone! I am in. i haven't weighed myself yet since before thanksgiving, so we'll see how much damage was done but i have been weighing between 150 and 153, so i am hoping to weight 146 by christmas! it was so nice and such good modivation to see my family and have my aunts and grandma notice that i have lost weight!! woohoo i love that feeling and want to look even a little better by christmas when i see them again...so here it goes!!!

Sorry. Once again, good morning.
I'm just checking in for the Monday weigh- in.
Challenge starting weight: 136.2
Mon. 12/1: 136.4
Goal weight on Mon. before Christmas: 132
Obviously, I have my work cut out for me since I've already gone in the wrong direction. I guess it could have been worse considering how bad I've been in the food and exercise dept. (all food and no exercise).
Today really is a new day, new week and new month. So, I'm determined. Will be checking back to see how you are all doing. I hope to see great things and get really motivated.0 -
Monday check in. Goal for Christmas 8lbs. Like Zaza54, not a great start as I put on .5 since last week. Not suprising, I ate out a few days last week and snacked at night. I'll try to be more diligent this week.

AAAAAAAaah the gobble gobble and the pie have struck and done some damage. I gained 2.5 lbs in the last week (hopefully some of that is just temp and will fall back off quickly!)

ALRIGHT ALRIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'M IN!!!!!!!! I like the title for this challenge!!!! :laugh: :laugh: So my goal is to reach my goal of 125lbs. about 4 more to go I guess. I have not weighed myself in about a week. I will do so tomorrow morning and post it.
My plan:
Count my calories every day now!!! (I have been skipping this since Oct now )
Stay within my calorie allowance
workout 6 days a week
resist temptations/portion control

Congrats to those of you who have lost weight. I have not logged anything or exercised in the last 4 days. Darn Thanksgiving:grumble: Back on track today though. TOM is approaching this week as well so I am not going near the scale. I will weight in next Friday. Hopefully by then everything will be back on track and going down. Good luck everyone!0

Had a good day today. Stayed on track. Logged all my food and already planned my food for tomorrow. Now I just need to pack my lunch up so that I don't have to do it in the morning.

Count me in. I am currently at 161. I would love to see 150 by New Years, so I will say 153 by Christmas. That is 8 lbs by X-mas. Trying very hard everyday to make the right choices.

So how is everyone doing this morning. I am still at 265 but my scale only does full pounds. But 265 is great considering I am being visited by TOM. I didnt get to go to the gym yesterday because of the weather. Hopefully the roads wont be that bad today and I can go later. Still waiting to hear if the bus is going to run up here if not I need to see if the roads are good enough for me to drive them to school. I certainly hope so. Boys didnt go to school yesterday and they drove me crazy LOL.

Hi! I need to revise my entry cause I just weighed myself for the first time after thanksgiving and i think i am retaining some water...so we'll try this:

I just saw this post, and I am definitely in. I weigh about 191 right now, so my Christmas goal weight is going to be 185. I am at the very beginning of healthier eating (I started yesterday), but yesterday went really well. I started out strong this morning with a good breakfast and so far I have avoided the donuts that are sitting in the commons area of my office I am trying to avoid seeing them all together, but they are right next to the coffee pot! In any event, I am wishing everyone luck on this challenge.0

I forgot to weigh in today. I remembered while I was eating breakfast and I worked out before that. I walked on the treadmill for 20 mins and then did lower body weight trng and abs for a total of 80 mins. I will try to remember to weigh myself tomorrow morning right after I wake up. I am hoping to stay within my calorie allowance today. Have a great day!!! :flowerforyou:0

Thanksgiving did me in! I GAINED 2lbs!! I've put in a couple extra workouts and hope to get back on track. All in all ... it was worth it b/c I had some good eats!!!:drinker:0

Hey everyone! Christmas is almost here so excited!
I lost a pound and got to my goal weight but absolutly no change in measuring tape so I'm changing my goal to lose inches but gain muscle hoping to lose an inch on the hips and butt!0 -
Unfortunately I'm up 2 pounds from Thanksgiving. Uggh!! This is sooo frustrating but I'm trying really hard to stay motivated. I'm keeping my goal weight of 135lb for Christmas and need to work hard.
