hi all,

I'm new to the community,my goal is 20 kg during the next 6 months.

I'm starting with the low carb and protein rich diet (mainly shakes).

Sport is divided in running (20-30 min) and heavy lifting and bench press (30min)

Anyone who can recommend to speed up things?
