A higher Calorie mass gainer, if you really want a shake

For quick extra cals. I have my husband drink heavy whipping cream. 50 cal. per Tablespoon...adds up quick!0

            Bulking... you're doing it wrong.0

well, there's ice cream, peanut butter etc, or weight gain powders, or you can blend some clean foods.
Personally I blend clean foods, because I feel it's more nutritional. The downside is usually taste, but you can work around that if you experiment with ingredients.0 -

I think he meant a pound a week. Pound a day? 7500 calories plus? Now even I couldn't do that!
At 4000 maybe that's TWO pounds a week?
Ooooooo I love a mystery!0 -
            A pound per day?????????????????????????????????0
 -
            LOL at this thread...
OP - you better start eating ice cream by the gallon if you are really trying to add seven pounds a week....0 -

adjust your goal to 1 pound per WEEK would be my tip ...0 -
I remember when I was bulking back in the day, I munch on cheeze-it crackers every night before sleep. A quarter to one third box every night. I used to have about 15 to 20 boxes of cheeze-it crackers on my fridge as reserve.
Not that I force myself to eat, I eat because of the cravings. I have to force myself to stop usually at around 1/3 of the box. On a good day, I stop at 1/4 of a box.0 -

oh man don't ask that …
if that is the poster I am thinking of he blends like chicken, vegetables, and some other crap and says it is like "drinking chicken soup"…..*dryheave*
apparently, he just blends all his clean food and drinks it…
I told him in another thread that he may want to re-examine his relationship with food...0 -

if you are gaining two pounds every two two days that that is just about 6-7 pounds a week …I would just keep doing what you are doing until you get back to regular weight...0
