Does anyone have a menu where daily calorie and nutrition goals were met?

I don't think I've had a single day yet where I met every calorie, macro and micro goal.

Currently working on protein, sodium and K.

I've never had a perfect day, either.

But, the easiest way to get close is to pre-log your whole day in the AM (IMO). That way you can juggle things around and make them fit to get closer to your goals.

My diary's open to the public. I don't hit everything on the head every day (that's impossible and not realistic), but over the week, I reach or exceed all micros and fiber (excluding sodium, I aim to stay under), and hit my macros "close enough", and calories within +/- 50 calories (I'm transitioning to higher calories, so numbers are varying upwards).

I just make sure to eat lots of variety. For me, simplicity dictates I may eat a similar menu for one week, but it's lots of different things to ensure nutrition is met (meat, legumes, dairy, fats, veggies, sometimes fruit--I'm not a fruit fan).

I just do the best I can, most days and think about the time when I didn't care or know anything about these things. Much improved from that point.

It's also really important to note that a *lot* of entries on here don't have the vitamins and minerals included - so if you have certain goals you want to meet, be mindful of the foods you choose in the database.

I'm always over on Vit C, and Calcium. Yesterday I was 20% over with iron which was odd as I'm usually under the goal.
