Just wanted to introduce myself, My names Brittany, friend's call me Britt :)! I am on my lifestyle journey and have been for about 2 weeks now!! Deff would like to network with people, get support, Lord knows I need it lol.

Anyone have any tips? Battled depression before? Just curious because I have had my fair share of battles and I was wondering how it affected you during your journey?, do you really become a happier person, when your healthier?!
