I want to lose about 5-10 , starting lifting as well. Really enjoy I just find the gym reality intimating to new comers as a lot of people, aren't really that friendly to new comers, that's one thing from keeping me from reaching my goals

(Pst, technically, she asked for friends with greater than 10lbs to lose so you're good to go! Remember, the small side of the arrow points to the smaller number. x > 10 therefore x is more than 10)

    ;)

Just havin some fun! I just started lifting it and am quite enjoying it! I have about 5 or 6 to lose! Friend me if you'd like :)
  • @loveliftlaughxo‌ I possible love maths and your post > lifting

I have about 10 lbs left to lose (or 15, depending on what I decide my final goal is). I've been going to a circuit gym which involves lifting (weights, medicine ball, kettlebells), TRX and heavy bag cardio and am loving the definition it's creating in my muscles  Feel free to add me too

I shouldn't reply to things when I am in a hurry for work because chances I are I don't read things out correctly, lesson learned ;)

I'm trying to find a balance - love love love weight lifting (about a year now) - I love finding new muscles and contours in my upper body as reward for my work ......... but I am completely addicted mentally to running. Time is limited. I'm seeking ideas to get the most bang for my buck when I lift so I don't take too much time from running but still feel like a badass at least once a week. :) About 15-20 to lose, though.

I've "only" got 10 to lose (in quotes, b/c 10 is HARD HARD for me to lose). I hope to get back to weight lifting via a formal routine - Haven't had formal routine in (insert age of oldest child ha ha)

I would like to drop about 10 pounds to get my bodyfat % lower - I love lifting! It's pretty much my only exercise haha, I'm pretty lazy about cardio but I do enjoy the gym. I lifted almost every day in high school but college knocked it out of me - now that I'm in the "real world" I joined a gym a couple months back and have been slowly getting back into it.

I'm not stressing too much on how fast it takes me to lose it. As long as I'm not going "up" I don't care how long it takes to go "down." I'm only eating ~200 calories below maintenance right now so I don't expect to lose all ten for a few months, and that's fine.

Added :) And anyone else is more than welcome.

^^ This is me. Lost 12 pounds since Oct 1, been lifting for about a month now. Would like to lose 10 pounds more, or, to be more accurate, have the body size I had at that weight previously. (I understand that ultimately the numbers on the scale may be higher due to the muscle mass I'm working on...and IDGAF about pounds. I want the strength and the lower body fat %!)
