New ab muscles and shapley thighs

Hi everyone......does anybody have any good core exercises that would get rid of the flab...
and what about any good exercises for the upper inner thigh (UGH)..
I already do cardio 3times a week and some weights for arms - - but need HELP in those areas ....

For total leg work I like lunges and leg press, but not the machine leg press with the pin that you change the weight with the leg press that you add weight my adding plates. I find that the inner thigh area is also sore after doing those along with my butt, hamstrings, and quads. In addition, I like to do the stairstepper or stairmill for my cardio.0

the workouts aren't really gonna get rid of the fat.
weighted crunches and weighted situps are going to be best for building the abdominal muscles up and increasing strength.
diet will make them show up.
for good legs, squats and lunges.0 -
planks are good for your core, along with tons of other exercises, google core workouts, you will get tons of results! its easier to see or read than for me to explain them all.. and for the legs, Hip Adduction machine, u pull the weights in, does the inner thigh, but honestly, if your doing squats and lunges and other full leg work outs, ull see results in ur entire leg.. again u cant spot train so just lift, and lift HEAVY!!! theyre are ur biggest muscle group! they will keep u burning for the longest amount of time!0

Pilates is a great core workout. As for legs, I do lots of lunges, squats and deadlifts.0

thanks - -- they have just put this most awesome stairmaster at the gym...
its huge.... 3 level of stairs.....I might have to build up some courage and "just do it!!"

Abs - Jillian Michaels 6Pk in 6Wks.
Legs - Lots and Lots of Lunges, Squats and Plie Squats (Sumo Squats).
The legs are BIG muscles and have to be worked hard to see good results.0 -

so how many reps should I do>>>>or should I increase the weight when the current amount Im using

I go 30 minutes on the fat burner program(it does modified intervals) on level 7. It kits my butt but I feel great after.0
