Sodium and fat burned?

I was wondering if exercise burns not just calories, but sodium and fat? Is there a way to estimate that?

Sodium is not burned by the body at all. Sodium performs a function in maintaining water balance in cells. Excess sodium is removed from the body through sweat and urine.

Exercise burns calories. Those calories come from glycogen or fat. Certain types, intensity and duration of exercise burn more or less fat than others. This is mostly irrelevant because overall calories burned during the day compared to calories eaten results in fat loss.

Ok thank you for answering! Glad to know the sweating does get rid of excess sodium.
