The year of the lean ripped body!!!

Hey guys, I'm Joyce and I'm just tryna get leaner this year. Im 157lbs and 24% body fat tryna get down to 18-20% at 140lbs. I'm not new to WeightLoss and fitness, my problem is loss of motivation and slipping back to old habits. But not this time!!

Currently just started on a low carb diet and doing strength training and HIIT! Can't wait for results!!

    Good luck with it .
    I've been using it for over a year and I've kept the weight off but I do train hard at the same :)
