    I know right!!! I wonder why? I can kill it all day but, my cravings (usually for something sweet) are in the evening!!! The worst time to eat too...Lol

    save calories for the evening snacks

    I generally have 300 to play with after supper ... sometimes I use them, sometimes I save them for the weekend dependent on what I fancy

    At least my grazing last night was just a banana with Jiff peanut butter you know because I'm a choosy mom and all.
