Need suggestions for working the legs. I have a knee that hates me. What can I do that doesn't kill my knee.

Your local library have videos you could borrow or you tube has exercise videos you could do.0

pilates - burns like fire - lie on your side (yay lying down my fav part) lift leg up and down without letting it rest in the down position.
Also go up - tap in front when down - then up - tap behind when down.
Do not go too high up because if above 40 degrees you "rest" by letting weight go to your hip. Do quick rapid movements 20-30x and then rest/other side.0 -
Thanks pickle...i feel the burn and no pressure on my knee.0

try jillian michaels DVD killer buns and thighs, there is a lot of variations to leg workouts in that dvd.0
