when to workout? Full stomach, norm stomach, empty stomach? Before meal, after meal? Something to eat during workout?

Generally mostly-empty stomach...working out on a full stomach, is, at best, uncomfortable. Unless you're doing some massive multi-hour workout, eating during is unnecessary. The rest kind of depends on you...meal timing itself is more a matter of personal preference.0

Just switched to morning workouts. 1 banana before workout, yogurt with granola (great source of protein) right after. After an hour or 2 I will have my oatmeal.
I did really well the first 2 mornings, but thismorning I got lightheaded & nautious...I guess due to overexertion Hopefully I'll be back on track tomorrow.0 -

If you do morning workouts, as long as they arnt super high activity and at most 45min-1hr, then its recommended to not eat before hand, be hydrated, and immediately eat after your workout. It can be a full meal of eggs and veggies even or as little as yogurt and a banana. Although the the fruit is more likely to cause your blood sugar to spike. That might have been why you felt nauseous it happened to me too several times. Just watch how much you push yourself. And again, eat immediately after your workout. Sweaty and all, before your shower.Jimmyftw94 wrote: »when to workout? Full stomach, norm stomach, empty stomach? Before meal, after meal? Something to eat during workout?
As said above, working out on a full stomach will be uncomfortable. As well as your blood goes to your stomach to digest the food. If you do core workouts on an empty stomach, afterward, you'll tend to feel "full", because the same thing is happening with the blood rushing to your stomach muscles. So it is truly all up to your personal liking and body response.
