So in October of 14, I had finally gotten tired of being 215. I have given myself six months to make a lifestyle change. I am half way, I think I have made some decent progress so far. I am losing around 1.5~2 lbs a week with hard work and a clean diet. I am currently at 182 lbs with hopes of reaching 165 by April, we will see. I cannot see my six pack yet but I know it's there and I'm on my way. Starting from left to right 10/14 - Today.
