    I just joined not sure I like this ap I used to have DailyBurn but when I got my new iPhone I can't find that ap no longer and they only have daily burn videos- bummer

    Well I like things to be done for me lol meaning easy calories counter etc I've yet to really plug foods in since I rarely eat these days :-(

    Yes !! 10 pounds of muscle burns 500 calories at rest!!! I'll start to increase muscle mass in my legs and arms next month as I start to hit it harder

    Yes thanks for the reiteration lol this is my warm up month my goal is a 10 min mile which I was able to do before I got pregnant
