i used this app 3 years ago to lose 25 pounds. I gained it all back & am dieting again. Check your labels, eat clean, portion control, what you do today you will see results next month. Force yourself to work out, ignore hunger pains, what you eat in private you wear in public, nothing tastes as good as skinny feels, when you look good you feel good, it doesn't happen overnight, it's a lifestyle and mindset change, you can do this. Don't quit, start off easy, I do it with videos right in my bedroom.
