The calorie cuvee https://caloriccuvee.com/ (also available on Amazon.) It holds up with almost every variety of wine I have plugged in. I'm enjoy 200 cals of tasty pino noir right now!! I love little gadgets like this, they make me feel indulgent despite calorie restriction Drinking is probably my BIGGEST barrier to weightloss, and this makes me feel like I have control over how many calories I consume, and it makes me more likely to stop after just one or two that fit in to my day.

In that case can we not count coke calories too? Then all my calorie problems would be over.0

 Duh, LOL!
But seriously, I weigh my wine (for realz). There's a "non-asterisk" MFP entry for "Wine - table, red" and "Wine - table, white" with grams as an option. As long as it's a standard varietal (as opposed to a sweetened sangria or something), it works great, and I'm not pouring my precious into dingy old measuring cups (YUCK!).0

You could pay less for a food scale.... $10 at Walmart or Target. Set your glass on the scale and pour it and measure it in
At this point i have memorized any dry red (6 oz) is 144 calories.0
